In this formulation, we have opted for active forms (more assimilable forms) of vitamins and minerals such as riboflavin 5′-phosphate as a source of B2, zinc chelated to an amino acid, methylated forms of vitamin B12 and vitamin B9 as well as a number of specific antioxidants (quercetin, green tea and grape seed extract) at dosages reflecting, for the most part, the amount present in an optimal diet.
